 plete the above steps.   All land is with a Reserve unless 
 otherwise specified as “absolute or no reserve”. Reserve
  Met vs. Reserve Not Met This is how the process will look i
 f the Reserve is Met. Each parcel of land at auction will st
 ate if the land has reached the sellers reserve price with a
  “Reserve Met” notification on the parcel being sold. T
 his will confirm that if you are the highest bidder at the e
 nd of the auction that you will be the new owner. Sign Purch
 ase Agreement 10% Down the Day of the Sale to go into Zielsd
 orf Auction & Real Estate Services Trust Account.   This is
  how the process will look if the Reserve is NOT Met. Each p
 arcel of land will start bidding with reserve not met status
  and will continue until each parcel of land reaches the sel
 lers reserve price. If the parcel of land does not reach the
  sellers reserve price it will close with “Reserve NOT Me
 t” notification on the parcel being sold. This will confi
 rm that the land did not sell for your current high bid. Zie

 dder to give first chance at purchasing for the reserve pric
